I had a parcel sent from Graaf Reinet in the Eastern Cape on Tuesday 26 Feb.
It was supposed to arrive here on Wednesday 27th Feb.
Now Friday 01 March, and still no sign of the parcel.
On contacting the "call centre" I keep being told the parcel has gone out. But then it does not reach the destination PO, and I get all sorts of stories told to me about the bag being with the driver who will be delivering it shortly, only to find out the bag is not with the driver, because they left it behind.
How do they leave a bag behind?
Definitely will never use them again, I will rather go to a private courier company.
