Compliments to George, Gordon and Tasso at Rothmans for delivering some of the best service I've had in a long time. Buying a car was a breeze, with no hard-sell stuff. While we did the paperwork I mentioned a bureaucratic problem I had with another company. Gordon volunteered to sort it out as if he took on extra tasks for the pure joy of it.
When there was a relatively minor problem with the car I had bought, Rothmans not only had it attended to, but gave a luxury courtesy car to make sure we'd not be inconvenienced.
George had told us that Rothmans business model is based on good service. He spoke the truth. I have been very impressed with them.
