Not treating customers equally

I have a polo vw zest brnd new june last year... i was not happy by the servise i got compared to other dealers under vw ..my car came brand new with but with no mats, i had to ask for a gift rom the sales person who was assitssing... told me the polo vivi does not come with mats, funny enough my friend bought a same car @ braamfontein a month i bought mine ..was complimented with the picnic bag and the car came with the mats... when i asked the sales person says will get back to me since today 2013 still waiting...

regardless of that i borught them a customer and i was promised a commission for thats she bough as wella polo vivo three months after i bough i mine @ Soweto, they said i sould bring necessry when i came with them they told me its late to submit...

a lady called after to do a survey and i told her of all above but she never came back to me

i am so not happy and i hope i will get my mats for my car like any other custome
