30/10/12 I had an accident & my car was towed 2 Sanrose 2 b fixed. I got my car back on 20/12/12 @10am. On 21/12/12 at around 08h30, less than 24 hours after getting my car back from Sanrose, my car blew a gasket. The mechanics checked it out & found the water pipe clamps were not put back on properly. This was subsequently fixed, at an enormous price. My 3 small kids & I were stranded in the middle of Winburg & I had to pay 4 overnight accommodation over & above the fixing of the gasket!!! The starter somehow suddenly packed up, which had 2 b fixed as well - this never gave any problems before...
I contacted Melanie @ Sanrose Motors on 21/12/12 to tell her about the problem, she was very apologetic, saying the office is closing that day & they would tend 2 my complaint in January 2013. I then sent an email to Melanie & Suren on 14 January, upon my return frm leave. They asked 4 supporting reports & documents frm the mechanic. This I sent to them. From 15 January until 25 January, I received NO UPDATE frm anyone. on 4 Feb i had 2 follow up, AGAIN! to which Melanie promised an update. NOTHING! From 4 Feb 2 today 25 Feb, no feedback frm Sanrose received.
