I purchased the car dodge Journey RT 2.7 on 16th of February 2013, on the 17th of February the car did not want to start had to jump started it with my other car. I contacted the dealer and was told the battery is an issue it will be checked Monday if the problem persists.
Car was picked up today Monday 18 February 2013 at 9:45am to be fixed by the dealer however the tracker which was supposedly the issue was removed from the car and it was returned to our home at 12:00pm an hour after the car was dropped off I tried to start the car to go out but it refused start again. Dealership picked up car at 16:00pm to take it back to auto electrician who confirmed the issue was with the tracker and now it needs to be checked again to figure out what is the issue since he removed the tracker in the morning.
This car has been a nightmare for us for the past 2days we are no longer interested in owning it. We can foresee further problems later on the future. I left the car at the dealership date 18 February 2013 now they refusing to cancel contract with wesbank. I have bearly had this car for a day.
CHARMAINE now informs me that the issue has been handed over to her Colleague!!
