Morning

I took my car to them the service was great from front desk. Wheel alignment and balancing, charge me R1300 for balancing one tyre and alignment after I complained as my car is still on a plan 30% payment and I have wheel alignment per merc every 15000 - 20 0000km they corrected this.
I was driving car went left. And my steering wheel was not straight as I am staying in Centurion and working in Roodepoort it is difficult to keep taking this back as this was a day I was off. a Second time I took my car back. Still going not straight I am sure if I drive my car 130 km per day I would know if the alignment is out or not. I will NOT take my car back a 3rd time. I have asked for a refund as I will not pay twice for one thing. Now they need a report first from another tyre place to do a refund. I dont mind getting my refund and then send the report. Also they balanced one tyre not 3 and told me they do not have speed balancing.
This is so difficult is it. I need a refund to take my car where they will fix this in the first go.
