I was in an accident in October 2012. I took my car to Auto Haus Panelbeaters. They ordered the part from Ford SA in November 2012. My vehicle's repairs are done, but the panelbeater still has not received the order part. I cannot believe that the whole SA does not have a left safety belt available and this for almost 3 months! I was advised by Rand Auto that a shipment arrived, but that the required part was not received. How long will Ford SA wait to get the part? Nobody at Ford can tell me when the shipment is expected. How can this be?
