My dad bought a car through the just Africa group in March last year. On his contract he has to drive 2000km a month to get a discount. He was happy with this but kept on getting sms's that people are buying cars with his advertising code and that he is losing out and must register now to get money for that. He did that and then he stopped getting paid for the 2000km driving a month. Since then he also stopped getting sms;s that people are buying the cars.
To date he has had no payout for any purchase of a car which shows they were lying about the amount of people that was supposedly buying cars with his advertising code. when he enquired re the payment for the 2000km driving he was informed that he is now on a new contract and that he cant be switched back. Since then he has tried nonstop to be switched back but they refuse to take his call and he is left with a contract that he was never fully explained.
His request is very simple, he wants to be back on the contract where he gets discount for all the km he travels.
