On Saturday evening, I visited the BP garage in Sea Point, the one by the circle. We filled up and bought cool drinks at their convenience store and I used the toilet. I had to pay R1 to use the toilet which was not a problem. When I walked in, there was no toilet papers in the toilet, luckily I had some in my bag.
When I was done I went to the cashiers desk and told the lady there is patrons are expected to pay 1 for the use of the toilet, the least they should do is to ensure that there's toilet paper.
The lady had the nerve of telling me I was supposed to come back out and notify them that there's no paper in the toilet.
I need some one to please explain this to me and I need an apology from the lady, I don't know her name, she's very unprofessional and she's not doing any good for your brand.
