I bought spares for my golf almost 2 weeks ago and all items were fully paid for. Not only did the give me wrong parts but also sold me parts that they no longer stock (they only tell me this after a week of endless calls to find out where my things are as they were delivering half my goods). Now that I want a refund for the items I paid for and will not receive and want to exchange the incorrect goods, Boss Auto Spares keep telling me they will deliver and never do, they say they'll call back and never do. I have the feeling I will never get my money back or have my parts swapped as they keep lying to me and only ever communicate with me when I go through the effort of calling them. Disgusting customer service and attitude!! Greg Jacobs
