I had contacted the branch on a saturday and asked them if a vehicle was available and was told that it was, this was after the sales person and sales manager confirmed it. I then told the sales person to hold the vehicle till monday as they were closed and i will be coming in to view. When i got there on Monday i signed the offer to purchase and awaited for finance to be approved. I then got a call on Friday morning stating that the vehicle has been sold and it was been collected today. According to the sales person this was unfortunate and he did not know about it until friday morning. What kind of a business sells a vehicle to two people especially a premium dealership like bmw.
