I took my car a BMW 325i, the car had water leaks and I wasn't feeling comfortable, though it wasn't a major thing. I checked in the car on Monday 28th of January 2013. Got a call same week telling me that it's all sorted. And there were some other few things needed to be fixed. Went there on Thursday, same week. Paid R20.310, 75 for everything, used cash and a credit card to pay. I was told about everything that was replaced. When I got home, same day, the car had water leaks, same issue that I paid my money for and was charged for. Took it back the next day (Friday) 01 February 2013. There is another part that have ordered from Germany, and was told it will take up to 21 days. Till now they don't know when will they receive the part and they can't even check how far their stock is and it has left Germany or not? So my issue is, why can't they give me loan car? Since the problem is on their side and they have been paid in full. I call in everyday to find out if there is any available loan cars and they keep telling me that they don't have cars at the moment. its now 3 weeks. So my issue is, why can't they give me loan car??? Since the problem is on their side. please help!
