Nobody takes ownership for non delivery of parts

My car has been in panel beaters since 24 January 2012. After discussion with them, I was informed that due to Hyundai not having parts, they are on back order, the parts will only arrive on 14 February 2013. I then sent an email to Hyundai and recieved a call on 7 February from Sandy at Hyundai informing me that they have located parts in cape town and they will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. I called the panel beaters, whom she had also contacted and advised them. Based on this I could then collect my car today 15 February 2013. I notified them, that if there is a problem to plse let me know. Nobody let me know, so i believed my car would be ready today. On calling them today, I was notified that 1 part is still missing, and believe it or nor the Autobodies are blaming Hyundai and Hyundai is blaming them. Who takes ownership for this, I am without a car for a month already. I dont own a vintage car its a 2010 IX35, fairly new car, still for sale so what NOW!!!
