Kia Motors South Africa
Parts delivery

My 2010 Kia Sportage broke down on 28 January 2013 and was towed to Bloemfontein Multifranchise.
It took them 7 working days to determine what the problem was and a warranty claim was submitted on 5 Feb 2013. Parts were ordered on 6 Feb 2013 to repair the fault. According to an email from Kia, their parts system showed that the parts are in stock in JHB. To date and 9 days later the parts have not arrived in Bloemfontein. The parts are the oil cooler, thermostat gasket and radiator cap - nothing big!
Poor Derick at the Multifranchise in BFN is also the victim of Kia's poor delivery system and all that he can say everytime when I phone is that "the parts are still on order". No indication of the expected time of arrival of the parts is ever given.
I have been without the car (for which I pay a monthly instalment to the Bank!) for 3 weeks now and my patience is at its end.
The W.I P. number for the order is 80I49407, if anyone at Kia is interested in helping to solve my problem...
