IPI needed a company that would manage our fleet fines so we approached Cornelia from Fines4U, we were impressed, she promised that she would become proxy and all of our fines would be re directed, but the best part was Fines4U would pay the fines, get fines reduced and we would receive an invoice for the amount we owe Fines4U.everything was going well or so we thought. We received the invoice from Fines4U that stated we owed them R 22, 510.00. but with such a large amount we needed authorization from the Director, and he was overseas and weren't able to contact him. Cornelia then harassed IPI for the money and when we tried to explain the situation she was abrupt and rude and told us she was going to reverse everything she has done untill she got payment, so we made a plan and paid her. only to then have to phone her 10 times or more a day to get proof that the fines were paid, and she hardly answered her phone untill we had finally had enough and went to the office and we then recieved proof of payment for R150.00!!! she cannot tell us where the other funds went and refuses to talk to us, she has thousands from us!!!
