I purchase a second hand BMW 3.0D X5 from the deal ship firstly the add that they advertised with was totally incorrect however I still liked the car so
I bought it 2 days after delivery (just before my hunting trip) my turbo went it took them 2 weeks to sort it out and then I had my car back I complained about
The gearbox and breaks on the car and no one ever got back to me I tried the sales manager then the dealer principle the only one I could get hold of
Now and again is the salesman (also do not use him) they gave me a extended warranty on the car and told me to take the X5 to any BMW for repairs
Witch I did only to find out that BMW Randburg does not work with the company that do the extended warranty, my next step was to then complain at the
Head office of CMH a Mr Webber 2 emails and he got back to me saying he feels that CMH fulfilled there obligation I now sit with a x5 I had for 6 months standing
At a garage with a faulty gearbox and no one is willing to help me (the salesman at CMH told me it is my problem) so I would really like to know how do we take this further
I feel my next step is to get a lawyer and sue them
Any advice from the motor corporation out here
