I handed in a parcel (script) for overnight delivery from joburg to margate on Monday 24 th dec at 12.25pm. I paid for an overnight courier fee. Postnet accepted the parcel as such. The parcel arrived one week later on Monday 31st dec. I have requested to get a refund for the service i paid for not delivered. What u receive from the owner of the branch is excuses about the time the courier fetched the parcel, that margate is out of range of normal deliveries and so it goes on. I will certainly never step into a postnet again and I will tell anyone I know about the shocking service. Clearly he may think its acceptable but I will not be treated like a fool and I demand to get what I pay for.
