I left my Jeep Cherokee at Dekra for a test requested by Wesbank Private Finance. The person who was buying my vehicle then called me later, and said that they had broken down with my vehicle on the road test and that it was standing on the N1 and I had to meet her back at the DEKRA testing station. She then left immediately after arriving at the station and I was know stuck with the technician to try to start my car. I asked him why the buyer had been with him on the test drive, he said, she had asked to go with and to go on the N1. I don't know what they were doing with my car. DEKRA would not assist me in getting a roll back to get my car back to my residence after they had broken down with my car on the N1. They said that I must ask the buyer to pay because she had asked to go on the N1. I left my car in there responsibility, I feel they should have done the test and not let the buyer do the inspection as they were now claiming and thats why they were not going te get and pay for tow truck to take my vehicle to my place. They left me on the N1 in 30 degrees of heat trying to sort my car out after they had broken down with it. It costed me a whole day and R650 for the tow truck.
