Losing faith in your workshop/service department

Please just phone me. You continue to promise me you will but you don't! I thought it would be a simple matter to get a faulty wing mirror fixed under the car warranty. I brought the car in for the repair. You told me you didn't have parts to repair it but you would order one. You said that the parts would be with you within 4 working days. Quite understandable. After 14 days nobody has phoned me. I leave messages and am promised someone will call me back which DOES NOT HAPPEN! Somebody in your customer service department in Johannesburg said she would "escalate the complaint" and get back to me. Guess what? I think you can guess what. You have my telephone number - please just phone me!!! All I want is that my wing mirror gets fixed. I bought the car from Zambesi Hyundai - the customer service at the time was fantastic! Now something goes wrong and all I get is a runaround. I receive regular SMSs from this dealership offering me great deals on new Hyundai's. Please don't let my next car be another make because of this bad service. Fix my car and I'll continue to support you. Continue to give me a runaround and I won't. It's as simple as that.
