Skynet Couriers is absolutely Useless!!! i have not received my unisa parcel, even after over 20 phone calls. Every one of these call centre agent puts me on hold and cuts call. They do not even contact me for any updates on this issue, the last straw is when Plaatjie promised to call be after 15mins on monday the 11 feb, he never did. I cannot understand why unisa is still in business with skynet. I have always received superior service from companies like Dawnwing, CourierIT etc. Skynet should stop this nonsense, BTW I was told they only have 3 Call centre Agents dealing with Unisa cases ( )!!! Whatever happens with this case, I would Strongly advise you never ever deal with Skynet EVER!!! for your peaceOf Mind.
