Shockingly Poor Service!!!

I had a package delivered from NZ to SA (AWB:9483452296). The service i recieved was amongst the worst I had ever experienced. Firstly to get the customs duty amount payable took me (from my initial contact with DHL) four days which included tons of emails and phone calls, most of which were just ignored. Eventually i got a hold of some called Coleman who said that he would send me the invoice which he promptly did, which leads me to the conclusion that the invoice was available to be sent and that everyone else was just ignoring me. I made the payment as soon as i recieved the invoice and was told to send the proof to them and that after four hours they would request customs to clear the package. However 4 hours came and went and when i contacted them the next day, i was told that they had to wait for the money to clear in their accounts, which it eventually did and they sent me confirmation of that fact that that it will take up to 8 hours to clear my package from customs. Almost 15 hours later the package is still not cleared and not one can help me to ascertain why, If any thing happened to the package i will hold DHL personally responsible since they did not perform.
