NO PARCEL, NO COMMS, NO MONEY... Disgusting service

I bought a groupon voucher on the 26 Nov 2012, the money went out very fast yet to date i still have not received the goods.
21 Dec 2012: Received an email notification from groupon to inform me that my goods were handed over to COURIERIT.
08 Jan 2013: Still no goods, called groupon and sat on the phone for about 30min waiting for someone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, spoke to a lady who told me there was nothing she could do from her side as the goods were already handed over to the courier company and I should contact them directly!!

Contacted COURIERIT, Francois promised to investigate and give feedback after 20minutes, waited for -2hours and still NO call. Called again and he told me that he called the JHB branch where the goods were delived by the supplier and he was told that my goods were despatched on 22 December 2012 and no one knows where they are. Again he asked to call me back in a few seconds and he DID NOT!! Sent an e-mail to groupon telling them about the whole story, haven't heard from them to this day.
10 January 2013: Called COURIERITand was told to contact groupon again, simple question: where's are my goods that I paid for??
