Extremely BAD workmanship

My car was removed to RENEW IT after an accident. It got hail damaged while in their care.

They undertook to repair the car in two weeks upon my request - but I also said to them, in an e-mail, not to rush the job. They kept their promise to the detriment of quality.

The car went back twice. It is STILL not fixed and their extremely BAD workmanship is visible with the naked eye.

My special key ring were also lost or got while the car was with them.

No amount of threats or requests - even to Mercedes Benz SA and their head office at BLUESPEC - could get them to fix their -ups.

The car is now with the agents to repair the suspension which they failed to pick up and told me when I called their director, that it could only be a FUSE.

After the agents it will go to MY panel beater, whom I trust and wanted to use from the word go, to fix their mess.

My advice to everybody is to stay clear of RENEW-IT whatever you do!

You could probably fix the damage better yourself in your own backyard.
