I purchased a vehicle from EBK Auto. I was repeatedly told the vehicle is in an immaculate condition with a full service history and only one previous female owner. I paid cash for the car on the 12/09/2017. I left the dealership just before 10am and by 11am that same morning the car broke. I drove 142Km and now the car is unusable until repaired. The quotation received to repair the clutch, pulleys and fanbelt is R24, 000. EBK was phoned the moment the vehicle broke down, they were very rude and arrogant and told me the moment I left their premises the vehicle became my problem. I have been in constant contact with them, but they simply refuse to comply to the consumer act stating that I am entitled to have my car fixed, refunded or replaced. They refused all options telling me to take it to the MIO if I am not happy with them but that could take months or years. They are rude, arrogant and after reading complaints on hellopeter.co.za, badservicesa.com and facebook I noticed that I am not the only one having this fight with them. STAY AWAY, they aare well aware of the state of the crap they sell you as "IMMACULANT"
