RECKLESS AND NEGLIGENT DRIVING

I reported a very bad driving incident two weeks ago. The fairfield driver was drive very fast and not even concentrating on the road. He moved from one lane to the another without looking and almost forced me off the road. Luckily i was alert and stepped on my brakes. I then moved past him telling him to driver slower. I then decided to driver on only for him to drive even faster past me. I called to the fairfield butchery spoke to the manager who's name is Riyaad who promised to call me back, to this very day I never got any phone call. So my question is did something have to happen to me for them to see this as serious or they waiting for something to happen to some else 1st? TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE!!! THE MANAGER WHOM I HAD TO CALL TODAY EVEN FORGOT MY NAME I HAD TO TELL HIM MY STORY ALL OVER AGAIN.IM NOT EVEN BUY MEAT THERE EVER AGAIN.DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE I GOT.
