Its such a disgrace to have a company that doesn't care about its customers after receiving sales from them.
Your company enjoys its customers to come sit on your bunches for the day offering them tea while prolonging to attend to their concerns.
I reported the car to have faults, confirmed that I will be bringing the car on Monday expecting that the arrangements would have been in place to fix it but instead I had to sit there for almost 3 hours waiting for the car to be checked then sat at your bunches again for feedback of which I never got but was taken home.
While at home waiting to be picked up to fetch the car on later on that Monday, no one bothered to phone me until I decided to keep phoning and being send from one person to another with no solution.
From Monday to Wednesday I took days off from my employer to sort out this car issue but to date your company still has my car rather your car that I paid in full for it and have no change of ownership original paper and disk to date.
What a service???
The service you offer to your clients its frustrating especially in your administration and workshop department. Once the sales consultant has close the deal, its those departments that should now take over the clients complains and solve the matter.
Since your keeping the car and never bothered to do change of ownership to date, please refund me all my funds, I will look for a car where their dealership will appreciate my business.
