I want to complain about the bad service that we have beingh getting from Martin Roets from Xtreme superbikes aka Big Boy in vanderbijlpark. We took in my husbands bike for a respray and repair in December 2014, in Januarie 2015 we paid him a deposit of R5000 for the repairs and respray... it's now September 2015..everytime we ask for pictures of the progress of the sprayjob he has some kind of excuse..today my husband asked him politely for photos as promised or else he will be going to fetch his bike since its beingh 9 months already..his reply was very harsh and not the kind of vocabulary or attetude that you use with customers..he refuses to give back the bike if we do not pay him an "outstanding" balance since he spended more on the bike than our deposit covered, wich is impossible since he did almost nothing..how should we react to such a matter??
