I recently purchased a car from Auto Pedigree Plumstead, the salesperson was helpful&made their terms & conditions clear. They have a 1000km/30 day period during which defects on the car can be fixed. The car I purchased had a few scratches & defects I wanted to have fixed. The Auto Pedigree salesperson agreed that these defects could be fixed. We set up a date for my car to be fixed- the salesperson said they needed 3 days to fix everything. As per their policy, they did not give me a courtesy car, which was fine as I thought at least all the defects would be sorted out. My problem with their service started when I got my car back after the 3 days of it being in the workshop&I discovered that ONE of the many scratches which needed to be addressed was repaired & NONE of the other defects were sorted out due to "parts not received on time." I mailed the salesperson to request that my car be booked in again& requested that a loan car to be issued to me for the further time that my car will be away as it is now inconvenient for me to get around & I gave them the 3 days they requested to fix up my car-during which they wasted my time as close to nothing was done. The response I got was appalling
