Bp Southern Africa
BOYCOTT BP

At the end of October 2013 I filled up with petrol at the Church Street BP Service Station in Westville. My vehicle fuel gauge indicated that I was NEARING the "empty" mark, yet the pump supposedly dispensed 58.38 litres of fuel into my 60 litre tank. On 20/12/13 a similar 61.50 litres was supposedly dispensed into my tank without the fuel warning light coming on.
I contacted the owner and asked to see verification of their last calibration of the pumps. After my second call, he promised to call in the independent services and revert to me within 3 weeks. That never transpired. A similar questionable amount was dispensed again some 10 days ago. I contacted Mr Hassan (031 266 8855) and left a message for him. He never returned my call. Three days later I sent an e-mail via their Home Page to BP reporting these incidents and have had no follow up or response from them. What should I do? Report this in the local news papers urging people to boycott the service station?
