I go to Tierberg Engen Service Station for coffee every night and buy coffee my fuel get's filled up there aswell.
Last night (30/01/2014) I bought a Mochachino for me and my girlfriend and headed home. Me and my girlfriend then had dinner. When I took a sip of my coffee I felt something funny in my mouth and bit it because I thought I might be a bean when I spitted it out it was a cockroach with all its eggs that popped in my Mouth. I went back to engen and asked for the manager and his first reply was do I want my money back? what a stupid question. The owner called me this morning (31/01/2014) and she says there is no way the cockroach came out of the machine it's impossible and that's she will prove to me it's not possible and I can get a refund. I Think that's poor service and management. So a cockroach in my mouth is only worth R14 to them. I could get sick because of this. Ive heard terrible thing of cockroach eggs in humans. I will never support Engen again and neether would my family or my girlfriends family. Igues that's why everyone support Shell atleast their stuff are cleaner. Pathetic of a manager to tell a client its not possible. I get a refund after I lost my appetite
