A parcel had been scheduled for delivery from Vodacom on 2013/01/31... RAM to collect on 2013/02/01. According to tracking detail delivery was attempted on 2013/02/04 but they had no contact detail for me. I followed up on 2013/02/05 and was told delivery will be re-attempted on 2013/02/06!
I did not share my detail but I got a call from RAM to confirm my delivery address for 2013/02/06. So how come now suddenly RAM has contact detail but not the day before? And I would not have been at original delivery address on 2013/02/06 so now I have to drive 75km just to receive a parcel?
I want my parcel ASAP. I am willing to collect in order not to have to drive extra on 2013/02/06 but RAM is not willing to cooperate.
Another person's parcel got sent from Vodacom on 2013/02/04 and delivered on 2013/02/05, so why can I not get the same experience?
Oh and nevermind trying to call the call center... I got cut off 5 times in a row on 2013/02/05 at 14:00.
