Seriously bad service and attitude

I filled up at BP Rock Cottage after work yesterday. I told the attendant "petrol only". As they always do, he ignored me and proceeded to start washing my windscreen. While he was doing so I realised he hadn't put the nozzle in properly and petrol was spewing all over the place. I called him and showed him the mess he'd made. I asked him to clean my car and he said it was impossible as it was after 5. I insisted and he reluctantly washed my car, charging me R30 to do so, if you can believe the gall. Not only did I pay for all the spilled petrol I had to pay for a car wash and this morning my car reeked of petrol. Really unimpressed. I spoke to the supervisor and he offered me a free car wash. In the meanwhile my car stinks and I have no idea where all that spilled petrol went because it obviously wasn't just on the outside of my car.
