DOUBLE BILLING

I collected a rental car on the 31st of Dec 13' and returned it the next day on the 1st of Jan 14', all of this was done on time. A few days later I received the invoice billing me for 2 days of rental. I emailed to the billing team with the rental agreement and proof of delivery (parking ticket for airport drop off-which had the time of arrival). This email has been ignored and unanswered for 2 weeks.
