I went to a Total garage to buy airtime, the first airtime I bought was R10 and I left the store and stood outside. I realized that I needed more airtime I turned back. I told the lady that I wanted airtime for R10 with R20 note. the lady give airtime for R20, so I returned it and I told her that I was requesting for R10. with attitude she said I did not say it's for R10 and that I only gave her money. I tried to correct instead she bit my head off. she starting arguing with me and swearing at me, to make matters worse she refused to give me the airtime and simply ignored me and helped other people. I was so shocked and off because she had the nerve to swear at me in front of other customer. The service was a disgrace, I work at watloo so it is closer for me to access but now that I know how they treat their customer no thanx.
