Incorrect vehicle details

In 2012 I bought a new Hyundai Elantra from your East Rand dealership.
I had the vehicle for about a 3 month when I was pulled over in a road block. To my surprise the vehicle had not been put through a road worthy and according to the tax disk and or licenced plate the vehicle is supposed to be silver, but my vehicle is cream (mushroom to be exact). I was let off with a warning and told to get the dealership to correct their errors. After contacting the dealer principle and sales person and telling them of my ordeal they promised to get it sorted out. 2 weeks later a new tax disk was dropped off for me and I was assured everything had been corrected. I thought they would need the vehicle to put it through a road worthy test but apparently not. Last week I went to register my vehicle for an e-tag and I had more issues, I told them the colour of my vehicle but according to their data the vehicle is still silver. What is going on at your east rand branch, cant anyone do their jobs there. If I try to sell this car now I won't be able to because it is the wrong colour. This might seem funny to some but trust me, I am not laughing. Can someone fix this?
