My car recorded a problem in the power streering and i contacted VW road side assist to report this issue. VW advised me to drive to the vw dealership in Upington, on my arrival the technition had a look at my car and advised that i muct not drive to cpt like this. VW gave me a rental car for 24hours and i complaint because i need to cut my holiday short and drivew to cape town, after my compliant i was advised that they will extend to 5 days and if my car is not yet repaired they will extend the term (why must you complain first). The transport provided to me and my family to collect the rental in Upington was at the back of a van with having to sit on a tyre with no windows!!! vw contacted me informing me that my car was repaired and they are transporting my car to cape town and i have to return the hired car same day, this was all a lie!!! when i conatcted the dealership they told me that the car is still with them and they waiting on a part from the factory to repair my car a week later. the only thing vw cared about was the payment on the rental car, no customer care!!! For a proffesional company i can rate you as the most service i ever received!!!
