At the branch employees inside call breakdown

I am most amused. We have an account with trentyre. They advertise online "In order to minimise downtime during on-road breakdowns, TrenTyre will channel all breakdowns through the TrenTyre 24/7 Call Centre, not only will the TrenTyre branches network be used to services these breakdowns we also make use of 3rd Party service providers nationally". We have an issue with 3 tyres. We told our driver to go to Southcoast road. The truck got there 12:30. And despite people being inside we were told we had to call breakdown as in actual fact they closed at 11. We called 0860943357 who said they would send breakdown, but despite us being outside the premises would take -1:30. I said what time do they actually close. The call center assistant says varies between 12-1. Yet the branch say to the driver they close at 11 and the employees walked out at _13:00 when finished on a truck. As a franchise surely call center would know the times that the branches close? The controller said I could speak to her manager, who was then to busy and would call me back.
