I purchased a brand new turbo for my Audi A3 from Alert Engine in Goodwood on the 04/09/2013.I fitted the turbo myself on the 04/09/13, being a qualified technician working for various dealers during my career I knew exactly what i was doing because i did a full service at the same time. A month after I fitted the new turbo i noticed a increase in oil consumption and my car was smoking. I notified Alert Engine to this an they advised me to monitor for a while which i did then i started hearing a whistling noise and a Agent representative came out to inspect the noise. Since then the turbo has seized to function and I am stranded without a car and they are giving me the run around regarding the replacement of my turbo. I have returned the turbo too them on the 27/12/13 to "test" and to date i have not received any feedback. This is pathetic service and after service from such a well known company.
