After having an accident with my wifes car in their work shop we paid in R 95 000 to get a new one. That is where the nightmare started. We could collect the car on Thursday the 19th. Got there the car was not ready, went back the next day. Driving it, it was clear that no PDI check was done on the car. We took it to Daihutso in Bloemfontein. The fixed two problems out of 8. The rest was go back to dealer ship where you bought it. Thy could not even adjust a handbrake. ( Sorry for the customers in Bloemfontein). Took it back to Menlyn. Simple things like connecting Audio systems were never done. I do not know what suppliers they use, or why the PDI did not pick this up. Travelling back to Pta. more defects came out. I am being told that all extras are not Daihutso's fault but the installer. The booklet says the car come with these extras. The Dealership says it is fitted privately. I think this is false advertising. The Dealership should take ownership if they advertise the vehicle with these extras. It seems the trouble never ends, now they want to keep the car an extra day (5 days then) to fix that was suppose to be checked on the PDI.
