I bought a Tata from Auto Pedigree Edenvale for my son. The salesman, Sipho made numerous promises of phoning me back with feedback, and never did. He came to show us the car and don't even know how to drive to our house, he's excuse was that he is new in Johannesburg and don't know the area. Really, don't they have a GPS to assist the customers. After I phoned Eddie, he is also working at Edenvale branch Sipho phoned me back and also the Finance department to complete this deal. We were charged almost R4500.00 for service and delivery, and then the salesman expect us to come and pick up the car from the dealer. When he came and deliver the car with a driver on 24 December 2013, he was under the influence of alcohol. I am disappointed in the service, and will never refer anybody to Auto Pedigree Edenvale and also to the salesman Sipho. I haven't received the service book, the salesman's excuse were, he asked some one to put it in the car before delivery.
