Beginning November 2013 I applied for vehicle finance at Liebenberg Auto (bakkie World), 352 Voortrekker Road, Goodwood 7460. The sales consultant was Jacques Malan. Jacques said that we were to clients that applied for finance on the same vehicle and that I would have to pay a holding deposit of R1000-00, so that they can keep the vehicle for me. I paid the R1000-00 on 2013/11/13 and receive a receipt from Liebenberg auto.
Their service was excellent till then... There was some snags on the vehicle that needed attention, which they promised to sort out asap, which only happened after some threats and harsh words. (almost a month after I received the vehicle). The snags were finally sorted, but i'm still trying to get my R1000-00 holding deposit back
After many sms's, phone calls, e-mails, I still don't have my money back.
Their after sales service is very poor and I won't recommend them to any one else...
I really need assistance in this matter.
