I rented a car at Tempest and was not happy with the service i received from one of the employees. Instead of a screaming match, i decided to lodge a complaint on their company website. I received a call from a manager called Neil who took the time to understand my query and even offered a compensation for my trouble. I am very happy with the way my complaint was handled and it really made me feel like the company cares for their customers
