What to make of this!

I bought a Groupon voucher for a Major Services for 2 x cars. My husband drives a Opel Corsa Bakkie and I drive a Renualt Modus1.4i. The groupon vouche does state we need to call and check if certain cars are covered which I didn't do as I didnt see a problem with it as we've had our cars serviced at Kessels through Groupon.

An additional charge of R350.00 excl VAT was charge for my car, as explain by the owner certain vehicle Parts costs more expensive for certain vehicles which is understood but when I queried why someone I know who happen to also take their Golf in for service on the same day got charge the same Additional amount of R350.00 as my car it could not be explained. My husband was not charge any additional fees on his car only for the cambelt which he was aware of.

When I received the invoice it stated the R399.00 (Groupon voucher) which was incorrect. I demanded for a reprint of the invoice as it should have stated ADDITIONAL CASH PAID Groupon voucher for Major Service. No where on my invoice does it state GROUPON VOUCHER and the money I already paid for the Groupon voucher only a (Your reference) with the Groupon voucher number which is incorrect!
