END SEPTEMBER 2013 I'VE BOUGHT A IX35 FROM YOUR BRANCH IN BOKSBURG. FROM DAY ONE SOMETHING FELT WRONG. IVE COLLECTED MY CAR ON THE SATERDAY. THAT MONDAY SOMEBODY CAME TO MY WORK TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG. EVERYTIME I TAKE A TURN THE CAR WANTS TO SLIP, IF I BRAKE TO HARD THE CAR SLIP.
ON 20/11/2013 SOMEBODY HELPED ME TO TAKE MY CAR IN ACCORDING TO THEM NOTHING WAS WRONG. WEDNESDAY THAT HAS PASSED I TOOK THE CAR IN AGAIN AFTER I SLIPPED AND ALMOST HIT A CAR AND THE BARRIER AFTER I BRAKED. HOW THE CAN A CAR SLIP IF I BRAKE WITH ABS. MY 22 MONTH OLD BABY WAS IN THE CAR WITH ME. THIS HAPPENDED WHEN MY HUSBAND, DAD AND MOTHER DRIVED WITH MY CAR. THEY TRIED NOT TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG BUT Justine TOLD ME THAT MY SHOCKS WAS TO SOFT OR SOMETHING AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY WARRANTY.
MY BABY IS 22MONTHS OLD AND WE ARE LEAVING FOR VACATION TODAY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS HYUNDAI WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE
