Tire failures Sport Contact 3 265/30/R19

Dear officer: I have unfortunately had a tire failure incident on both rear tires of my vehicle (265/30/R19), in which the walls of the tires developed cracks. The vehicle was taken to BMW (VaalRidge) and Continental was contacted to inspect the tires and provide feedback, however they did not respond.

I have always considered your products as world class, however i do now have my doubts. The failure of your representatives to inspect the tires is a further disappointment. I would like an explanation for the premature failure of the tires.
