BILLING QUERY AND POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

I booked a car with Avis via my insurance company on 10/10/13. I paid the required deposit of R750.00. I returned the car on 9/11/2013. On returning the car I was informed that there were 3 traffic fines for which I am responsible. This attracted admin fees amounting to R750.10. This was offset against my deposit and the excess of R495 for the petrol charge was taken directly from my account. This was all settled in November 2013. Now in the last weeks of December 2013 suddenly R500.10 is taken from account. This is after all has been settled in full. A lady called Mandu Lichechane from head office assured me that I will get a refund as their system is not picking up anything relating to this payment. Hatfield has proven useless as they can only confirm that the money should not be taken from my account .HERE IS MY PROBLEM : THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN AND I WANT IT BACK!!!
