I rented a car from the 14th and returned it on the 17th. Three days later, I'm still waiting for a refund which when I followed it up with the branch in Cape town, I was informed that it may take up to 14 days. No one cares about the interest one has to pay for the credit card used. Secondly I need to rent another car as I use it to generate income, how ma I suppose to do this when my money is kept somewhere and the only explanation you get is that the delay is with the Banks.
