I had a car problem of the car that I bought 2months back, its giving me red light for steering and I reported it but said that I must book it in at service dapartment and since they were booked they said they will book me Friday, but Tuesday I nearly hit the pavement because the light came on and the steering was loose. When I reported it Pravesh said I must go straight to the workshop so that they can check and the computer didn't pick up anything and said I must leave the car with them but Pravesh said he won't give me the other car to use because its not their problem but I bought the car there, new car that is less than 3mthns old. He gave me attitude, and I'm not happy because I don't know if its because I'm young, female and black to be treated that way, to drive a risky car yet I pay everymonth for it. I'm not really happy
