I will never buy a Renault again as the after sales service is up to *&$%. My only car broke down on Saturday 14 December 2013 due to a faulty oil pump that blew the filter seal and I was stuck 32km from my home, they were unwilling to assist me get back home, I don't have family in Durban were I stay and there were no proper transport late Saturday anymore. Now they don't want to assist with a courtesy car to get around and give me all sorts of stories of why the car is not ready yet after a week and and and. It is not my fault the stupid dealership who serviced the car in June and replaced the first oil filter in July when it was blown by a faulty oil pump didn't pick up the oil pump is faulty, this is a warranty claim and I need to transport to get around and all I get is sorry for your troubles and more stories. YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
