En Route Towing, removed my vehicle from a accident scene on Monday 16 December 2013. They were suppose to move it that day or the next to Santam`s assessment center in Brackenfell. I have been made a numerous phone calls from Tuesday to find out where the car is, and every time they will either tell me that they will call me back, which never happened, or they just give me another number to phone and speak to someone else. I`ve told them in not so many words, that they are useless and if this is a way of making money, then they are seriously on a wrong track. Today is the 20th December and the car is still not at the Assessment center. Tried to get hold of the boss but he is also not available
